1. Enter your Username in the following format: First Name + First Initial of Last Name + Last 4 Digits of SSN. 

User: John Smith

SSN: 123-45-6789

Username: johns6789

2. Enter your initial password in the format of SSN without dashes

Example: 123456789

3. Click Login

4. Enter your Password using the following standards

-Must be between 8 and 15 characters

-Must contain at least one number

-Must contain at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter

-Cannot contain more than two consecutive characters

-Cannot be the same as your Username or SSN

Note your Username and Password for the next time you log in, and click Save.
